REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

 

Please choose your art print thoughtfully. Once you have received your purchase, if you are unhappy with it, I offer refunds on full price items only, within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be posted at the buyer's expense, and is non-refundable, to Pretty Palm Tree Studio with tracking and signature on delivery. Returns that are posted outside of this time frame will not be accepted. Please contact me via the contact page on this website to discuss your refund and return of your purchase

 

To be eligible for a return, your art print must be unused, packaged as you received it, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Pretty Palm Tree reserves the right to reject any returns that are not sent back in their original condition, including packaging, that is the backing board and sealed plastic sleeve.

 

Only full-price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

Being a small business, and for the purpose of managing admin and outgoing orders, I do not offer exchange, so please choose carefully. Of course, you are welcome to return your item for a refund (as long as conditions outlined above are met) and make another purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns posted to Pretty Palm Tree are the buyer's responsibility. Pretty Palm Tree is not liable for returns not received. Any returned item not received by Pretty Palm Tree will not be refunded. So, as the buyer requesting a refund, it is in your best interest to ensure your returns are posted with tracking and signature on delivery, and it is your responsibility to monitor its tracking. Any returned items not received by Pretty Palm Tree will be the responsibility of the buyer who will need to follow up the postal service with whom the return was sent.

 

Upon receipt of your returned purchase, Pretty Palm Tree will deem whether or not the item is in a satisfactory condition to be eligible for a refund.

 

I do not accept refund requests via social media. All refunds must be discussed through the correct means of contact, which is via the contact page on this website, or email.

DISCOUNT CODES

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their discount code has been effective during the checkout process. Please double check your order summary prior to completing your purchase. Pretty Palm Tree cannot refund, amend or reimburse you for discounts not correctly applied.

FAULTY ITEMS

I do my best to ensure your art prints are inspected for any faults prior to sending, however in the unlikely event that you receive your art print/s and you're not satisfied with the condition that you have received it/them in, please contact me immediately. Pretty Palm Tree cannot replace an item once it has been removed from it's protective cover, or after 7 days from receiving your order. 

Pretty Palm Tree is not liable for any damaged art prints due to incorrect care, mounting, framing, or hanging.

All Pretty Palm Tree art prints are packaged in the best way to protect them from damage while in transit to the buyer. However, in the unlikely event that your order is delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, i.e. damaged by the postal service while in transit, it is the responsibility of the buyer to take a photo to provide evidence of its condition and damage before opening the parcel. Without this photographic evidence, Pretty Palm Tree cannot lodge a complaint with the postal service.
